Healthy Choice

We love Kashi cereal in my household so I knew these were going to be amazing, the flavor is perfect no too sweer. They make breakfast much better and are my go to every time.

A great start to your mornings.

I really enjoy this cereal. I've finally got around to trying this one and have been having it just before work every morning this week, sometimes even for dinner. I am someone who doesn't particularly like sweet things and this cereal is a perfect blend, not too sweet. I also like that the cinammon taste isn't over powering as sometimes cinnamon can just be too much. It's actually perfect for this time of year, fall weather goes hand and hand with cinnamon. You have to eat it quick though or you will have soggy cereal.

This cereal is taking mini wheats too a whole new level. Organic wheat bites, tossed in cinnamon, and sweetened with organic cane sugar. They are very crunchy, sweet, and satisfying and actually pretty healthy compared too most cereals out there. With over 25% of your daily fibre intake I always like too grab a cereal with that amount in it.

I also like to take a bag around and just munch on them when I'm out and about. My children absolutely love these and eating them as a snack without any milk. I feel comfortable giving this cereal too them in the mornings as it does not contain tons of sugar like most on the market. With only less than 9 grams of sugar I believe this is a better option. You don't even need to add sugar because it is lightly sweetened. I do wish they had more in a box though because it can be quite expensive buying 3 boxes every week.

I am not a fan of many of the Kashi cereals but I received a sample of this once and have been hooked ever since. I only buy it when it is on sale or I have a coupon because it is pricey. It takes great and stays crunchy in milk.

I bought this cereal because it was on sale for a very cheap price and because of the tv commercials that stated it was healthy for me. When I poured it into my bowl, I was not sure what I was getting. Weird shapes and strange almost styrofoam like texture. However when I covered it in milk and took my first spoonful, I was pleasantly surprised. I don't know about the health benefits but I really like this cereal. Not for everyone and I am sure a lot of people will hate the texture. I would buy it again, on sale, that is.

This product is soooo tasty. Unfortunately, it tends to be very expensive so I stock up when it is on sale and watch for coupons. This is a product I don't worry about feeding to me two year old. It is made with whole grains and much less sugar than competitors products.

Unless you like that strong cinnamon flavour like the cinnamon hearts they sell around valentines day, you probably wont like this cereal. If you are a fan then dive in and you will most likely live it like the others. I only have one cinnamon heart lover in the family so I buy it for my 15 year old. Healthy choice for a cereal though and just enough sweetness for my children.

I'm not normally a "mini wheat" fan but these were delicious!! I eat them with Vanilla Almond milk and it's even better!
