This is really good! The sweetness is natural so you don't have a sick feeling when eating the entire bar at once, and more so it almost tastes like maple syrup which adds a nice layer to the experience. It's not too hard so it doesn't hurt your teeth but it's also not too soft that it gets stuck to your teeth. I love the simple texture, the layered taste, and the sturdiness of the bar. I really would buy this again despite the price just because of how enjoyable it is to eat.
