I'm all about healthy CLEAN eating.
So these do NOT fit into my usual dietary habits.
However I cannot resist them.
They're super delicious, and yes high in fat and sugar BUT low in calories.
If I need a pick me up at 4 o'clock, and I'm sick of fruit and dips etc. I will always have one of these. Feels like you're really spoiling yourself without the crazy calorie load.

Who doesn't like rice crispy squares? It reminds me of my childhood and it is a fun treat to have every now and then to bring me back. Very tasty snack!

I like that these bad boys are individually packaged. It keeps them fresher longer and
makes it super easy to grab one when you are on the go. Perfect to throw in the lunch
bag. I like that they are soft and gooey! I do try to make my own though.

These are individually wrapped. Perfect for lunches and for taking on the go. Although the convenience of individually wrapped is bad for the environment. They taste great and everyone in my family loves them. They are afforable and often come on sale. I love that they are available everywhere I shop.

I like to buy these just to keep in the car for the kids for when we are travelling and they get hungry . There's no melted mess to clean if it's hot, and if they freeze in the cold, they are still delicious. The size is perfect for kids.

Loved these as a kid still do. Have them once in a while with sliced banana on top so good!

Love rice crispy squares ! Of course it doesn't beat homemade one but the Kellogg's rice crispy squares are cheewy and sweet, lots of marshmallow . Easy snack since its individual package .

Nice and chewy, lots of marshmallow, almost as good as home made.

Great tasting. Not sticky or gooey.

I have always been a fan of sugared cereals. Unfortunately as I got older, the effects of the sugar was quite visible so I went looking for something to replace it but keeping with a great taste. Vanilla Rice Crispies was it. Its vanilla flavor is so good, you would swear it has a lot of sugar. It tastes like a piece of pancake or french toast with a great crunch. I eat it every morning with my favorite berries and the pounds have come off very nicely. Thanks Kelloggs
