I have tried many meal replacement/ protein drinks, and I was not a fan of this one. I did not find it satisfying hunger wise, and I did not enjoy the taste.

Tried a pack once on a whim...Without reading nutritional info. Although a nice alternative to the classic milkshake, I will not be purchasing this product again. The sugar content was insane, causing the liquid to be overtly sweet. That sugar in turn did nothing to squash my morning hunger. It was NOT a meal replacement by anymeans.

The vanilla flavour is way too sweet. It is easy and convenient for those who are on the go, but if you can, switch this for a protein shake using soy or almond milk and a scoop of protein powder.

Expensive but a great drink for when your on the go in morning!

I've tried the chocolate ones. They were surprisingly tastey (didn't love the after taste, though), kept me full for a long time, and super easy breakfast.

A good idea but for my budget the price is a little steep. Flavors are good, idea is a good one, breakfast is so important and if you lead a busy life where there is not time to grab breakfast, this would be good for you. Not a great fit for me.

I've tried these shakes in all three flavours (chocolate, strawberry and vanilla)...I definitely prefer the chocolate. Great for me who very rarely sits down to eat breakfast, but definitely on the pricey side at $7 for a package of 4. Will definitely buy again but reserve for the more rushed mornings!! :)

If you're like me and don't do well with breakfast first thing in the morning, then the Special K Breakfast drink will do you wonders! I'm a fast-paced, always on the go kind of person, and I really don't have time to prepare/cook a full breakfast, nor do I ever feel like chowing down food at 6am! These drinks are great to take in the car, at the office or on the bus. It satisfys my hunger for the first few hours of the morning, where all I have to eat before lunch is a small portion of fruit! I love ALL the flavours! A must try!
