Delicious, easy butter chicken

This cooking sauce was so easy to use and the ingredients list is very simple, with whole ingredients like tomato and cream, and is made in Canada!
It’s a very tomato forward flavour profile, with a hint of creaminess. I personally prefer strong spices in my curries so I did add a bit of cayenne to mine and some spinach while I was simmering. I sautéed chicken breast and the sauce really brought it to life, warm and tomatoey with that classic butter chicken flavour. I swerved with naan and my favourite chutneys, coriander and tamarind from KFI as well, and some mango pickle!
Super delicious and super easy which is how I like my weeknights to be.

This is a staple in our pantry at home. Hubby is a big fan of Butter Chicken and when I don't have time to make from scratch, this is a great option. Super easy to put together, a quick and delicious meal!

Authentic Indian Flavor

I am a big fan of Butter Chicken. This sauce has an authentic Indian taste to it and a nice creaminess which I like. It is not too spicy but you can really taste the nice flavors. This sauce coats the chicken well and there is a good amount to feed a small family in each jar. I like eating my butter chicken over rice or couscous. I think it would also be good with Naan bread. Butter chicken sauce is on average around $4 a jar but you can often find it on sale. Price also varies based on which store you shop at and your location.
