Liquid form iron

Kidstar Nutrients BioFe® Liquid Iron is an interesting form of iron supplement that can be consumed by kids or adults. It's individually packed so I can keep a few in my purse and take it anywhere without any water. I prefer to add it to drinks as it dissolves in both hot or cold beverage. It tastes sweet on its own and doesn't have strange taste.

Great source but not yummy

We gave these a try we really like their hard chewables better though. I asked the kids if they thought it was yummy and the kids said that they didn’t really like it. However, this is good for things like smoothies and stuff somewhere you can conceal it better.

Iron On-The-Go Without the Iron Taste

Life gets so busy, and sometimes trying to get out of the door so fast means I often forget to take my iron. That's why I'm so glad I found BioFe Liquid Iron in their sachet packs—absolutely perfect for on-the-go! They are convenient, great for all ages, have no metallic iron taste, and are super easy on the tummy. I also love to add it to my smoothies when I have the time. My whole family loves it!

My only thing is that it is a little pricey, but you still get your money's worth with the its benefits and convenience.

As a mama with a long daily to-do list, this is a great addition to our routine. We can take it with us wherever we go—just drop it in a bag, wallet, or pocket. Highly recommend this!

Really enjoyed it

I got these to try and used every day for about two weeks. I love that they're small and convenient to take around. I tried it mixed into water and was surprised that it practically had no taste to it whatsoever which makes if really easy to ingest. I also took it straight from the packet and it had a slight sweetness but barely any taste. For myself and my kids, this was a great way to take iron without fighting a poor taste. It's perfect!

Liquid Iron that actually works!

I have tried many different supplements before for my low iron and nothing has made me feel like there was an improvement. Until now! This product is amazing, I felt the change and the difference! Tastes great, easy in the stomach and easy to take anywhere and everywhere!

No metallic taste and perfect for whole family

Ever since becoming a breastfeeding mom, I’ve been struggling with hair loss, low energy, sleep issues, and just feeling off because of all the hormone changes postpartum. So impressed

Very impressed with this product!! So easy, literally tastes like nothing (they’re not lying) and is kid friendly too!!! I love that they are super gentle in your tummy, and your children’s!!! We’ve been taking them for a couple weeks now and definitely notice a difference and were able to stay consistent.
