I found this bar very good. It could have been less sweet but at the same time the ingredient contains caramel so technically it should be sweeter. Still good

Yummy snack on the go

It’s so perfect snack on the go, with coffee or tea or simply just because you crave something to snack. It makes you a bit full for some time and makes you to forget about hunger. The taste is also very nice and rich. The size of the bar is perfect no more or less needed. I do recommend this product for everyone who loves to snack on the go.

More of a candybar

I really enjoyed the taste of this bar but in terms of nutritional value, I would say this is not healthy. It is more healthy than eating a traditional candybar but I would not consider it a good source of energy considering the sugar content.

Candy Bar with Nuts!

These bars can be purchased at Loblaws on sale for $1.50. Each bar 200 calories. Gluten-free so good for allergies. A lot of people with kids who have allergies or diabetes can eat these bars (this brand). The main ingredients are almonds, honey, crisp rice, and sea salt. These nut bars are very crunchy- not soft. When you eat this bar, the taste and crunch is similar to if you are eating actual raw nuts. There is a mild sweetness that comes from the caramel (comes through in some bites but not all). This bar has a somewhat thick caramel bottom with a light caramel drizzle on top. The caramel flavour, however, is not very strong and the bar could be better if you actually tasted a stronger caramel flavor. The sweet and salty combination is not strong at all, which is disappointing. Sweet/salty combo only comes through in some bites and it is only mildly even then. Stronger salty than sweet taste. This is my favorite nut bar brand I’ve tried (this is the first bar I tried of brand)- --went right back out to buy more different flavors. The top of the bar is a mix of full nuts. There is a nutty and earthy flavor that comes through.Taste of sea salt is quite strong-- not deceiving like a lot of bars are (cant taste sea salt even when they mention it) but in this bar you can taste the sea salt a lot.
