This doesn't taste like alfredo sauce at all, you have to actually add more stuff into the pot to make the pasta edible, like lots of pepper and garlic, and even some diced leftover chicken breast. Not one of the better flavors that Knorr Sidekicks has to offer.

Everyone in my family likes this but me. I wish I liked it but the taste of this makes me cringe. I love Knorrs Sidekicks but not this one unfortunately. The packaging makes it look really appetising but this is not for me. I will say that these are great for when you are in a hurry and need to make a quick meal. It's price is really good and you can get them for under a dollar when they are on sale. I think the reason why I don't like this is because the first time I made Fettuccine in my hospitality class with alfredo sauce, I fell in love. Compare Knorrs Sidekicks Fettuccine to making it from scratch, the taste can't get on the level of home-cooked. I'll have to pass up on this one.

I got it once to try out the taste as I hear it is lovely. Unfortunately, it was not appealing to my taste buds nor appealing to my eyes. I am not sure what I did that was not right but it just did not work for me and I didn't enjoy eating it. I do admire knorr innovation not withstanding.

I find the sauce is runny when I cook it. If I cook it longer the noodles start to break down or taste over cooked. It's an ok side to use in a pinch.

I buy these just for my kids because when I make dinner with mashed potatoes they won't eat the potatoes so I have to make a different side. These noodles taste ok but I don't think they are very nutritious. I would give them a 3.5 out of 5.

The knot sidekicks fettuccine Alfredo pasta isn't too bad it's easy to make and very affordable. I'm not a huge fan of Alfredo or pasta but when I want something fast and easy I normally have some.

When these have gone on sale in the past I've picked up a few to try thinking they'd be a simple and yummy side dish for nights when you don't feel like doing much. While they are fast and convenient, I don't find the flavor all that great.
