I’m admittedly a big fan of pumpkin, but this mix was delicious and easy to work with. I find this brand to be really reliable, as I have used some of their other products as before.

I first tried this when my friend purchased the box from Costco last fall. They were so good but when I went to buy it, Costco was sold out!!! I was so excited when I came across them last weekend at Costco. You get 4 pouches in a box, and it is worth every penny. You can make muffins, loaves, pancakes... the flavour is great, and they are super easy to make. If you love pumpkin spice, this baking mix is for you!!!
