Taste is bang on from 90’s but makes you cough

The flavour is bang on from when I was a kid before the change to a sweet BBQ flavour. Unfortunately everyone who has tried these chips has developed a cough that lasted for as long as you are eating these old fashioned BBQ retro flavoured chips. No thanks. Not sure why but we’ve tested the chips on 4 people and all have developed a cough while eating them. We love lays but will not buy this retro flavour again. I don’t recall coughing when I was a kid eating these.

Lays is a great company with good chips put the price is not worth because it is only filled half way and also sometimes you only get the crumbs but the chips itself are very good

These chips are full of flavour and there are no dark ones in the bag. I would buy and eat them more if they were lower in fat, but for a treat they're perfect.

favourite of the lays family

the bbq one is my favourite flavour of the whole family, and I really could eat the whole bag of chips in one sitting! It has a salty and slightly sweet flavour, and because they are so light (unlike kettle chips), its easy to eat a lot without even realizing it

I would buy this product again. It had a good taste.

The chips were very crunchy. Had lots of taste and flavour to it. It was sweet but had a bit of salt taste to it. Overall was satisfied with it. I would totally recommend.

Love these chips a perfect combination of sweet and spicy all wrapped up in one! Having a family gathering? Grab a bag of lays BBQ no one will be disappointed that's for sure! Enjoy!!

A classic brand, classic flavour

My family has loved this chip since I can remember. It’s got a good balance of sweet, smoky and umami flavour. The crunch is perfect but they have gotten thinner. You can get these at shoppers drug mart for 1.88 on special or a family size bag is normally $3 on special. No nutritional value but once in a while is okay...right??

BBQ chips are by far some of my favorite snacks foods around, no not fantastic nutritional value however defintly soothes my salty cravings. Will for sure purchase again and again.

Tasty product!

These are by far my favourite bbq chip! No one else can quite get the flavour like lays does!
The amount of chips you get per bag is steadily decreasing, to the point where you may as well get yourself a snack sized bag... but regardless of that the flavour and taste is still there!

Personnellement j’ai pas aimer le gouts des chips lays Bq.... il son de plus en plus épicé!! Mais cela est mon goût personnels... mon mari a quand même aimer
