Linda McCartney Vegetarian Sausages

These are really good sausages. Texture is a little chunky but cook well in oven. Don’t expect them to brown, they won’t. I do love how easy it is to see which Linda McCartney foods are vegan and these sausages are. Packaged in paper and no meat so good for the environment too. win win.
