I love cleansing oils for my dry, sensitive skin so I was excited to try this one out! It is considerably cheaper than my usual brands and I was hoping that it would be just as effective. It has a very faint scent but nothing unpleasant or overpowering. I applied it to dry skin and rubbed it in, then added water to form a lather and finally rinsed. My skin didn't feel dry or tight at all but it did feel like it had a sticky film on it. I rinsed very thoroughly but I couldn't seem to get it off with just water. I used my usual toner on a cotton pad to see if the cleansing oil it had taken off all of my makeup. I only wear sunscreen, mineral powder and blush most days so not a full face of makeup or anything. The cotton pad with toner picked up a whole lot that the cleanser had left behind. This product did not do a good job of removing my minimal makeup or of cleansing! While I applaud the reasonable price and the minimalist packaging it was definitely a fail for me.

I have never tried an oil cleanser before. It was definitely a new experience. I really liked the minimalistic look of the packaging - simple and clean. Prior to using the product, I wasn't a fan of the lack of instructions. The instructions were there but they were not very clear - I wasn't sure how much product to use - I had to go through trial and error. Once things were figured out, I actually liked the product. It cleansed away all my makeup. I didn't think the oil did anything, but once water was applied, massaged and rinsed off, I definitely noticed that ALL my makeup was off, even on days where I had a full face of makeup.

Again, because of the unclear instructions, I wasn't sure if I can apply moisturizer after the cleanser. I left it as is and used the Overnight Face Oil before bed. It definitely felt weird the first few times of just using the cleanser and not moisturizing after. But luckily my face felt fine after cleansing, no reactions or dry occurrence.

This oil is one of the strangest smelling face product I've ever tried. It starts out smelling like Bio Oil which is a bit perfumy then as you have it on your face it smells horrible, the smell is musty then as you rinse, it turns minty?

I used it to remove my makeup in the shower and it was tricky to apply it with dry hands since as soon as it gets any water it turns foamy.

It didn't do the best job at removing my makeup, after showering I had to use another remover since I had raccoon eyes from the leftover makeup.

I don't think i would buy it.

For a drugstore cleanser, I really do like this product. I like how you can actually buy a oil based cleanser at a decent price that won't break the bank. I loved every aspect of this product except for the scent. The scent was a bit off to me, I wasn't quite a fan. Other than that - great product, kept me moisturized and hydrated and didn't strip my skin.

Tryed Lipidol Cleansing face oil free and I must say I loved this prodct.. I have combination skin and the product smells nice and turns into a lather with water without all the suds and feeling heavy. My skin feels nice and soft after using it and my slight sensitivness was not triggered with this propduct.

I tried this product for free with chickadvisor. After trying this product for a little bit I have found this product to be just ok. It didn't seem to change how my face felt.

Leaves the skin feeling supple smooth and moisturised. Good for my aging dry skin. For an oil, it is really not too oily, I really like this product and will be buying it for sure!

I really liked the way this works. one word of advice is don't use it as an eye makeup remover. I made that mistake. my eyes were so blurred I could not see a thing.

aside from that it was easy to use. I like how it goes on so easily to cover the entire face then just add the water and lather up. made my skin feel moisturized and not dry like other face cleaners.

I was hesitant using this product because it's oil based. I've used Bio Oil before but only for scars and never on my face. I wasn't impressed with the cleansing of this oil. It didn't lather very much and my skin felt like it has residue on it most of the day. I used it for several days and my skin started breaking out with small bumps everywhere so I stopped. I wouldn't use this product again.

after using this product for a couple days, my face felt much smoother and softer. The product was easy to use and very effective. I completed the bottle and my face feels and looks 10 years younger. thanks for a great product.
