I've been using the waterproof Lise Watier eyeliner pencils for a few years now. I find the consistency, the choice of colours, and the waterproofness (is that a word?) to be very high quality, and very easy to use. I have a number of colours, and all are highly recommended.

I purchased the Raisin Noir Lise Watier Waterproof Eyeliner and absolutely love it. It goes on easy and stay at least 8 hrs before needing a touch up. It is easy to get off when needed and did not smudge. This particular eyeliner comes in several shades.

This is the only eye liner I have ever found that is ACTUALLY WATER PROOF! I love it the pen is easy to use and lasts a long time. I use it everyday!

One of my favorite products! I recommend it to every girl who wears eyeliner!!! I can put this on in the morning before work and it's still there when I finish my 9 hours day! The colour is strong and dark, which I really like from an eyeliner. Definitely recommended!
