Directions: Rinse full strength 20ml for 30 seconds twice daily. Do not swallow.

Review:
It has a refreshing aftertaste! My mouth felt fresh and my breath did too! I normally only used mouthwash once a day, so after reading the bottle, I didn't realize it was recommended twice daily.

The Canadian Dental Association validated that adding this mouthwash to a regular oral hygiene routine, reduces and prevents Gingivitis more than brushing and flossing alone!

I will definitely be continuing to use mouthwash! 🦷

Refreshing and minty

Listerine cool mint definitely gives off a bit of a burning sensation while gargling but after 30 seconds or so, it leaves your mouth feeling clean and refreshed along with minty breath, which is perfect for those nights when you’ve had a bit too much garlic or onion 😉
