I have used LISTERINE® for years as part of my oral hygiene routine and it always leaves my breath smelling minty fresh and my mouth feeling clean and refreshed.

The mouthwash is very strong and does cause a little discomfort at first when I first start to swish it in my mouth, but the way my mouth feels afterward is worth the mild discomfort.

I was feeling a sore throat coming on a few days ago and I gargled some mouthwash as suggested on the bottle. My throat felt better afterwards and the sore throat went away instead of progressing to a full on sore throat.

So refreshing!!!

So MINTY!!

Not only do I use this daily… it has a serious kick (you feel it working) and a cool crisp minty taste! I like to use it after I brush my teeth and floss.. gets all the hard to reach areas! This handy 250ml bottle also a great life saver for night shift workers! My favorite part is that it kills 99.9% germs, prevents plaque and gingivitis and is super long lasting.. say bye bye to cavities !!!

Packs a Punch & Gets the Job Done

The minute I took a swig of this it nearly burned my mouth but after the first time using it I got used to it and it's so refreshing! It automatically freshens your breath and your teeth feel clean after using it. It's such an easy way to refresh yourself and your breath without having to brush your teeth halfway through the day. It also fights plaque & gingivitis while keeping your breath fresh. That's a winner to me.

Household go to

Listerine is a staple in my house, but somehow, we haven't tried Cool Mint yet... I don't know how it got missed.

Listerine is the final step in our dental hygiene, to get the last bit of yuck out before bed, and to start the day fresh. Whether you swish elegantly or gargle loudly, the liquid needs to do a 20-30 second dance around you mouth and then be spit out. DO NOT SWALLOW. It's antiseptic, and can kill up to 99.9% of germs, helping fight plaque, gingivitis and breath. 

I can find the antiseptic version a bit strong, especially as my gums and mouth/ insider of my lips can be sensitive. We keep an alcohol free version on hand for those days, though Listerine also has a sensitive teeth version. For on the go, I like the Pocket Packs!

Not too sharp

Listerine has always been in our house. We bought it many times in different flavors. This time it was Cool Mint. Listerine helps to prevent gingivitis and plaque. Among active ingredients are Eucalyptol, Thymol and Menthol.

Cool Mint is not too sharp, that's why i like it. I use not only after brushing my teeth but also during the day and before going out. I'm sure our family will continue using it!

My oral hygiene must have

Having a great mouthwash along with a great toothbrush n toothpaste is equally important to me.

I have been using this mouthwash twice a day after brushing my teeth, it totally refreshes the breathe. It kills 99.9% of germs to prevent gingivitis and reduces plaque. You can also do gargles with this mouthwash to relieve sore throat due to cold, which is quite useful especially in this flu season. I would highly recommend this antiseptic mouthwash to everyone to add this in their oral hygiene routine.
