Just a moisturizer

I found this product to smell weird. I didn’t like the smell. It was not an anti wrinkle product. It was a moisturizer but that is all it did. I would rather pay more for a product that works.

Sometimes thick isn't always better

After using this moisturizer every night for a couple of weeks, I did find minute differences in the appearance of my fine lines and found that I awoke with very soft almost buttery textured skin. However, this cream is much too thick (& not in a good way!). I found that I needed more than the daytime moisturizer due to the thickness of the formula and therefore, I feel that I would run out of this product some time before the daytime product which isn't fiscally responsible and is just annoying.

If looking for a good cream at low cost

I usually dont use night cream, however I tried this and it was really good, however the scent was too much for me. But if your on a budget it's worth it.

So sticky.

This product works well on fine lines and wrinkles. However, it has a very sticky feeling once it is on my face. I did not like that. My skin looked hydrated and supple.

Not a great product

I have been using this product for a few weeks now and I don't' notice a difference in my skin. I don't feel like it adds enough moisture and it doesn't add the glow I'm looking for. Its just an ok product

Too Much Perfume for Nighttime!

L'Oréal Paris Wrinkle Expert 45+ Anti-Wrinkle Night Moisturizer is designed to target the specific skin concerns for those over the age of 45...wrinkles and firmness. Upon opening the jar, the first thing I noticed was the overwhelming perfume scent...instant turnoff! When I used this moisturizer before bedtime, all I could smell all night long was this scent. Second turnoff was the lack of advertised Retino-Peptides in the ingredient list.

Both of these issues are really a shame as the moisturizer itself is a very good one. The Night formula has a nice thick creme formula that is not greasy or sticky. It absorbs very quickly into the skin leaving it feeling very hydrated all day long. It also works well with other skincare products and I experienced no pilling or balling after application.

It's just a shame that in 2022 L'Oreal Paris can't formulated a lightly scented or fragrance-free moisturizer. If they ever do come out with a nose-friendly scent, I would definitely consider purchasing it.

Nice Product but light feel

The night time moisturizer is nice but I do think that it is not as heavy as I would hope a night time moisturizer to be. If it is a light feel, this would be the product of choice. However, I like a heavy moisturizer application for my night time cream.

Not the best option for me.

I recieved two products as free samples to review from L'Oreal.
This was the first product I tried and though it is very rich and emollient and additional retino- peptide formulation, it was not appropriate for my skin. It has a thicker, more paste like consistency and didn't absorb into my skin very well. I actually had a bit of a break out from it. I think this would be more appropriate for more mature or dryer skin types and not a good fit for my more combination skin. I also found the odor a bit more chemical.
The L'Oreal Wrinkle Expert Day/ night formulation was much better, very smooth and silky and absorbed into my skin rapidly with no oily residue. The scent was subtle and unobtrusive. I will definitely be using this more often than the L'Oreal Wrinkle Expert Night which was perhaps too heavy for me personally.

Too young for this cream

I was given this cream and its not for my age group, I have tried the right one before for my age group and it caused me to break out. Its very oily and greasy.

Moisture While I'm Sleeping!

I appreciate skin care products designed for the skin we are in, at the age we are in. I embrace and am so grateful for the 45 beautiful years I've had on this planet. Rather than trying to "change" my skin, I want to take of and nurture the skin I've been blessed with. I rarely wear makeup, so skincare is very important to me.

I love the packaging of this product. Cute, functional, and I can easily identify the product by the lid (it is different from the day cream).

It has a light perfume scent, is not greasy and absorbs quickly. It's heavier than the day cream, so I feel like it packs more of a punch and goes to work moisturizing while I'm fast asleep.

I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and have not had any dry, itchy patches, in spite of the dry, cold winter we have had!
