Disappointing

I had heard wonderful things about this mascara — it stayed on all day, didn’t clump or flake and came off easily with water. So I was excited to try it in my ongoing quest to find a mascara that doesn’t end up under my eyes at the end of a typical day. First impression was that I liked the brush and the amount of mascara on it when it came out of the tube. It didn’t look gunky. But - it clumped, even when I dabbed the tip on a tissue. As I’ve used it, it’s gotten a bit better and the brush is great. It gets the little lashes at the corners of my eye and my sparse lower lashes well. When it’s less clumpy, initially my lashes look good. The curl holds and they’re thick and fluttery. But the flaking starts almost immediately, and by the end of the day, even when I’ve done flake repair, my lashes look stiff and stubby and the flakes are smudging under my eyes. It does come off fairly easily with water — there’s just not all that much left to come off (and I apply two layers). Alas, my hopes have again been dashed. I won’t get this again.

Was looking forward to this...

I was really looking forward to this mascara, however I am very disappointed. The mascara goes on nicely, however it does not stay. I have flaking starting after a few hours of application, and have gotten many of the pieces in my eyes. It also goes on well, but then I feel it almost pulls my eyelashes down, almost making it look like I am not wearing any at all. I find it is also quite sticky, so it takes a lot of makeup remover to take off.

I have used L'Oréal Mascara for many years and thought I would give this one a try. I don't find it gives you the volume it says it's supposed to and I find it is flaky. By the end of the day, my eyes are itchy. I find my eye lashes have been falling out.

I was excited by this mascara as it gave me beautiful lashes with the comb-style wand but then the third time I used it the seal came off on its handle and it wouldn't lock back into the base properly. As I couldn't close it worried it might leak out. I wish the quality was better!

I have short, skimpy, bare-there lashes so I'm pretty picky about my mascaras! I need them to add volume and length, and from the dozens of brands I've tried before, very few actually work for me.

I've only tried the Voluminous Million Lashes mascara a few times, but I'm not a big fan so far. It has a fat rubber bristle brush, which I find tends to not build as much volume, but is better for separation and definition. The formula is OK and doesn't smudge.

I will keep using it since I prefer the formulation when it isn't as "wet", and hope it starts to work a little better! For now, I apply this mascara first and then layer with another one that builds more volume.

I had high hopes for this mascara, however I found it to smudge onto the skin on top and bottom rim of my eye and it looked clumpy with more then one coat. At first I thought too much product was on the wand and I wiped some extra off and tried again but even with less product I still found it smudging.

For me, that didn't work AT ALL. My lashes are not so long and with this mascara, it gets worst and worst. I will never buy it again, even if the price is allright.

This did not give me a million lashes. I'm disappointed in this mascara. I think it's a mixture of the wand and the formula that disappointed me. It didn't do anything at all for my thin lashes. They just looked a bit longer and still thin. It's a no for me.

I will admit i tried this mascara because of the shiny gold tube, beautiful!

however the mascara brush wand, I did not like....should have been thicker brush, rounder brush, to add more volume.

I did not agree that this brush was the right mascara brush for the volume it claims.

Beautiful packaging, but interior (brush) needs to be improved :)
