My overall experience with the L'Oreal Professionnel Intense Repair Shampoo is great. The shampoo has a smooth creamy texture with a very light scent. It provided lots of foamy lather and rinsed out quickly with no build up left in hair. Immediately, I could feel my hair was squeaky clean just by the texture of it after rinsing. My hair had more volume which surprised me just after towel drying. I have fine hair and it's not easy to have volume without lots of hair styling products left in my hair. I like this product just after the my first use because it has performed better than other comparable products I have tried. With a sensitive scalp I found several other products either leave my hair itchy or rough feeling. It definitely will be bought in my household. I recommend this shampoo to everyone.

My hair is notoriously dry and damaged so I have been trying desperately to find a great shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo had a faint scent of banana which I wasn't the hugest fan of but as soon as I got the lather in I could tell my hair was loving it! It lathered up really well and rinsed easily. My hair felt soft and detangled after and much shinier. Love it!

I was super excited when I was chosen for this review, not just because I love hair products but because my hair so desperately needed an intervention! After years of dying my hair it has needless to say become a dry, damaged and unmanageable mess.

The package arrived and I was more than ready to test it out as I have tried many "intense repair" and other "damage repair" products and to no avail they would work for the first wash or two and then it was back to my dry, damaged and unmanageable hair. I have also had many salon keratin treatments and they also have done nothing to help my damaged hair.

I read the labels, loved that they had so many translations for different languages on the bottles and was ready to lather up! I used a toonie sized amount of the L'Oreal Professionnel Intense Repair Shampoo and made a good lather in my hair making sure to massage it right into the scalp. I then rinsed the shampoo out and could already feel a difference from what my hair would normally feel like after rinsing out shampoo. After feeling the difference I was more than excited to move onto the mask portion. Honestly no other product I have used has left it feeling so new and undamaged.

After using both the shampoo and mask the true test was when I dried my hair as this is normally when I can feel and see the damage. I followed my normal procedures in drying my hair with my blow dryer and was more than pleasantly surprised when my hair STILL looked and felt amazing. Soft, manageable and I could see the difference in the state of my hair.

I have now been using this product exclusively since receiving it and have to say that I am still 100% satisfied with it's ability to actually repair my hair. Each day my hair is looking healthier and that makes me very happy.

Now all that is left to do if dig around to find out where I get more of this product!

I highly suggest if you have damaged hair and have tried everything to give this a shot, you will be amazed at how much it helps and repairs your hair.

Thank you chick advisor! I receved the product yesterday and gave it a try. IT WAS AMAZING! Im not to sure if I would actually go out and buy it unless it comes in a bigger bottle, I always buy huge bottles that way I dont have to pick any up forever but it smells amazing in the bottle ... kinda melonly untill you put it in your hair I found that it had a really perfumey chemical smell.it has a pretty creamy texture and lathers great, better then any shampoo I'v used before a little goes a long way. As of yet I cant tell if its moistureizing, the ends of my hair still feel pretty dry. on the other hand the rest of my hair feel super soft and it was uber easy to brush my hair after, I usually have a hell of a time trying to brush through my hair after a shower. so all in all it is a pretty good product, with a few more uses i hope to see a difference in the moisture levels.......and i almost forgot I dont know if it was just the bottles the were sent out to test but in the ingredent on mine it was aqua/ water but water was balcked out with a sharpi i had to scrach it off to see what was underneith that kinda seemed unprofessional to me ...if it was the company that did it.

This product was actually pretty good it left my hair feeling really soft because my ends tend to feel dry and brittle. After I used this shampoo I noticed that my hair was really clean. My hair tends to be quite tangled because my hair is long but after using this product and combing my hair the tangles just came out with ease. I do think that this shampoo is better than the shampoo I am using currently. Although I will say that I wasn't too keen on the smell because it either smelled like banana medicine or plastic but overall the smell doesn't bother me all that much. I would recommend this product to people that I know have dry hair and are struggling to find a good shampoo.

I got to test out this shampoo as part of the product review club and I just want to say how grateful I am to be given the opportunity to try out new products!

I am using this shampoo in conjunction with the hair masque. I really like this shampoo because of the smell. It smells really nice without being overpowering. This shampoo also cleanses my hair pretty well. It does not leave residue and my hair feels really clean after using it. Sometimes, some shampoos make my hair still feel oily after but this shampoo gets rid of all the dirt and nastiness leaving clean hair ready for conditioner. I do think the best part of the shampoo is the sweet kind of coconut smell. Also, I thought the packaging is quite cute as well.

I am glad I got to be part of the clickadvisor reviewer of this product. I love the smell, kind of like coconut, but not over powering. I can make a great lather with it and rinses well. Even before I use the conditioning mask I can feel my hair is softer. And after using this product for a week I totally wish I would be able to buy this product in the stores, I hope my local hair dresser will get it in stock.
I do not know the price of this product so I can not comment on this. But I'd pay more then the store brands for it.

I have tried all types of shampoos from expensive salon shampoos to $2 drugstore buys. I usually find that the shampoos leave my hair feeling dry. But not L'Oreal Professional Intense Repair shampoo. It leaves my hair feeling soft and light, even after blow drying. I used the shampoo without the masque at first and found it was wonderful. It has a light, fruity scent and is creamy in texture. You do not need to use a lot of it, which is good given its cost. Overall, I liked this product.

Adding the masque after having used the shampoo just makes my hair feel fabulous.

I noticed a HUGE difference in my hair after using this shampoo for the first time! My hair is long, and to be honest it needs a trim right now, plus the winter weather has been making it really dry. But after one wash with this (and using the masque afterwards) my hair felt 100% better!
After using this shampoo and the masque again the next day, my hair felt even healthier - silky, soft, shiny, literally no tangles. And it doesn't weigh my hair down like some moisturizing products do.
I was thinking that this may not last long, because the bottle's quite a bit smaller than my usual brands. But you don't need much - even for my super long hair it only took a small amount to lather up. It has a nice texture - creamy and rich, but it also rinses out easily too. The scent is great - it's very light, but reminds me of banana or some kind of tropical fruits maybe.
I don't buy expensive hair products for myself often but would be willing to purchase this one (although I'm going to ration it out now, instead of using it all the time)! I can't really compare it to deep conditioning products but it's definitely worth the price to me, for the results it gave my hair. Going from my usual shampoo/conditioner to this felt like night and day, and I honestly thought my old stuff was doing a pretty decent job!

So I just started using this shampoo after receiving it to do the product review and I have one word to describe it: AMAZING!!! My hair was so dry and damaged due to a combination of over-dying and the Winter. After 2 uses, my hair feels so soft and fabulous! The best way to describe it would be to imagine coming out of the salon after a new hair cut and your hair always seems to look and feel great!!! Although pricey, this product is well worth it! You pay for what you get :)
