Ruby Woohoo!

THE perfect shade for everyone. A huge colour payoff, the mattest of mats and a vintage/Hollywood glamour feel to it.
Some people find it a little dry but I've never had any problem when I apply it with a brush.

I wouldn’t buy this again.

The colour is gorgeous, the pigmentation is gorgeous, but it’s ever drying on the lips!!!
My lips felt and look awful when I have this on, and as it gets later in the day they go so crusty.

Amazing red lipstick

This is the best red lipstick I own. It has such a nice texture and pleasant smell. Lasts a long time on my lips too, and doesn’t make the lips too dried up

Classic red

If you are looking for a classic red lipstick that is wearable to any events or occasion then I highly recommend this lipstick. It is matte but it is not drying to the lips at all. It doesnt have any sticky feeling to your lips when you are wearing it.

A staple red

This lipstick is one of my holy grail products, it's a red that works on anyone.

The colour is intense and the lasting power is incredible, it is a matte lipstick so I know if I'm going to wear this I exfoliate my lips (jeffree star lip scrubs are the best) and then apply a nice lip balm a while before using this lipstick as it is quite drying on the lips but nothing that stops you from wearing this.

The price point is great for the amount of product you get and I purchased this a year or so ago (i know they have an expirey date but i am terrible for throwing things away, especially amazing products) and wear a red lip quite often and am still not finished with this product .

Might treat myself to a new one and so should you!

All time favourite lipstick and colour

My all time favourite lipstick and colour - I always go back to Ruby Woo for the perfect red lip!

Its the perfect letterbox red and doesn't budge all night. It is on the higher scale but very well worth the money.

Beautiful colour but the formula...

I really love this shade of red as well as the finish, but I'm not sure why the formula always gives me a hard time. My lips would be exfoliated but the formula would ball up like there's dead skin on the lipstick and transfer onto my lips. I even take a brown paper towel and wipe the top layer and try an apply again but it still gives me a hard time. Sucks. But again the colour is stunning

My signature lipstick

I discovered this lipstick in 2006. And have been obsessed with it ever since. It has become my signature lip color. Its amazing for every shade of skin. Priced well, lasts for a long time. Mat lipstick, doesn't rub of too quickly. Mine lasts more than 8 hours.

Ruby woo is long lasting

I love how the shade Ruby woo matte lipstick complements my wheatish tone,I get asked by my colleagues which lipstick it is , it lasts all day along with the lip liner , only thing I apply Vaseline as a base as my lips get dry if I apply directly.

Iconic Color

I think with all major brands they have an iconic product. With Mac, it's their lipstick, namely their Ruby Woo Lipstick. This shade looks great on any skin color and makeup looks. The color payoff is amazing and a little goes a long way. Mac lipsticks have a hydrating formula and wouldn't dry out your lips like a lot of other lipsticks.

The pricing is very reasonable given the color payoff. They also have a program that gives you a free lipstick for every 7 regular design empties. You save money along with saving the planet.
