This is the first flavour of Magnum bar I tried and is my favourite. I love the caramel ripple with a hint of salt. Because these bars are SO sweet and decadent, the slight hint of salt creates a nice balance and makes the bar more enjoyable. I also love the coating; I find it tastes better than the regular chocolate coating and makes the bar unique. A great classic ice cream bar with a bit of a twist.

i you love sweet and ice cream this is fantastic, the outer shell is so satisfying to bite into to, the ice cream inside is smooth and creamy a high quality ice cream treat.

I'm a fan of almost any ice cream bar and this one is no different. The ice cream base is really creamy and pretty sweet with a subtle caramel flavour. The coating tastes pretty much like regular milk chocolate. My biggest con to these bars is the price ($3.99 at my local convenience store). I think that's expensive for what it is. This bar is on par with Hagen Dazs quality wise and is worth buying but only if it's on sale.

I bought these because they were on sale at my local market since I've been wanting to try them forever. I have to admit, their commercials draw you in so an A+ to their advertising department! They were pretty good, but I honestly wouldn't purchase them if they weren't on sale since the price is pretty steep for ice cream.

I bought a box out of curiosity. Personally, I prefer chocolate flavoured ice cream with almond chunks but this didn't disappoint either. It tasted great and worth trying at least once. Not available everywhere so you may have to go to a couple of stores before you find it.

I've purchase this once because I was really curious about the gold taste. To me it's just an odd sweet taste, I'm not sure what it's supposed to taste like, it doesn't really seem like chocolate to me. The gold is more about the novelty for me, not about the taste. The ice cream is delicious, cream and rich, just as with other magnum bars. Overall, the ice cream bar is good but I like the other flavours better but this one might make for better photos/conversation at a gathering.

The combination of chocolate, vanilla and caramel in ice cream is hardly a new concept, but Magnum is able to provide a unique experience using these same classic ingredients. The cool ice cream inside is smooth, has a super-premium feel and proudly displays plenty of vanilla bean flecks I found the bar to be much smaller then normal I personal will not be buying this kind again.
