I submitted this review directly to the Sephora site, and I must submit it here because this product really let me down! I went into a Sephora and asked for the best liquid eyeliner and the two girls suggested this product by Make Up For Ever. I would definately not agree with the choice. The applicator is hard to use and does not create an even line (I've been using various liquid eyeliners over the years and this one had the worst brush). The formula is goopy and clumpy and takes a while to dry, and almost always transfers to my bottom lash line after I apply it. After wearing for a while it always leaves marks on my upper brow bone just under my eyebrow, which has NEVER happened before with any other eyeliner. It is quite waterproof, but this is the only good quality this eyeliner has. Would not buy this again, huge waste of money!
