    Love the nuttiness of Hemp Hearts I throw them in when I make bread, or on top of yogurt or in my smoothie! Sometimes they can be a bit pricey but worth every penny the quality is definitely there! Available at Superstore.

    I love the smell of these little nutty tasting delights! I pair this with Holy Crap Cereal for an added bonus. I love the taste and texture of these in my little morning cereal. Once you try these you won't be able to resist adding them to yogurt, salads, cereals.

    I love this, I was just recently introduced to this to add more protein to my diet. I add it on to everything, but my favourite way is to just sprinkle it on top of my pasta.

    They have a slight nutty flavor and every so often, I get a hard husk, but other than that, these have a great nutritional value and taste great as an addition to most things.

    These are amazing in smoothies (I prefer just a banana, these, and almond milk). I normally use flax seed in smoothies, but prefer Hemp Hearts immensely. Such a great kick of protein which really keeps me energized through lunch. I also like them on yogurt. You can treat them kind of like cereal as well!
