This mechanically tenderized top sirloin wrapped in beef tasted just like that. Mechanical. The taste was so bad we couldn't eat it after the initial bite, which was disappointing to me as I had bought to surprise my Husband after working overtime. Big disappointment ! (by the way, it was fairly tender).
