I have combination/oily skin and often end up with small dry patches and clogged pores and this product is amazing. I use it about every other day to keep my skin in check, but you could use it less depending on your needs. At first, it seems like it might be harsh as the little granules are pretty intense, but I haven't had any trouble. And it's a 2 step process so the second step does some soothing. And if your skin does tend to get a little irritated or red after exfoliating, I'd just do it at night. My skin is so much softer and my blackheads and acne are clearing up since my pores aren't so clogged anymore.
