I tried this product as I heard it was a more inexpensive primer comparable to Smashbox's original primer. The consistancy is very similar as both have a gel-like translucent texture. I found this product applied easily and seemed to fill-in/minimize my medium sized pores to make my face feel smoother. It didn't dry out my skin which is a plus as I apply my primer over moisturizer (which I definitely need). I found however that it was difficult to apply my foundation on top. Inside it would just slide off, not letting my foundation adhere at all or when it would it would be uneven and not last anywhere near the length of my workday (~9hrs). I could see this product working well for people who can wear it alone, but it's not for me where I need pore erasing, hydrating, coverage, and it to be long lasting.

This is one of my go to primers in the summertime when my skin tends to become more oily from the humidity. it really smooths out my skin and my foundation stays in place all day. It also minimizes the excess oil on my face through out the day. Such an affordable product as well!

This is by far the best affordable primer I have ever tried! It really fills the pores in and makes makeup application so, much easier any foundation goes on flawless overtop of this product! This helps to make makeup last all day, and it really does do that! It is very affordable and I would definitely recommend

I love this primer! It really does smooth out my skin and hide my pores. This primer is inexpensive and a great primer to use. It's one of the better primers I have used.

I use this primer mainly in my T-zone area. I have combination skin, so T-zone is oily, rest of face is normal. It keeps my foundation in place all day. Blends in easily. It is a clear gel with a smooth texture.

The baby skin primer was just that, baby skin. It made my skin look and feel so soft and smooth. It also made my makeup look very nice. I would recommend trying it and I will be repurchasing.

I like using this in the summer when my skin isnt so dry. Its feels pretty much the same as th original
Smashbox primer but as others have said, its way cheaper! If you have dry skin then this product is not for you. I cant use this in the winter as isnt hydrating enough!

As far as inexpensive primers go, this one is definitely my favourite. It applies really easily and leaves my skin super soft! I definitely think it gives my skin a smoother look and makes makeup application easier. I don't have large pores to begin with, but I can't see my pores at all after application, so it's doing something. As for extending the wear of my makeup, it's hard to say because I also use a setting spray.

I used to love this because it is similar to Smashbox Primer but for a fraction of its price! However, I didn't quite like the finish of it and it wasn't hydrating enough for me. Now I found a better primer from VDL and it is less expensive than the western high end primers. I definitely recommend checking VDL primers out if you like the glow finish since it is not a matte one.
