The claim is that the blender helps glide over large areas and targets hard-to-reach curves. I use my Maybelline foundation by applying it in little spots around my face and then I use the blender, gliding downwards and outwards. I found the blender, blends my foundation very well, and is easy to use and keep clean. It helps my Maybelline foundation go on flawlessly and last for many hours. This is a must-have tool for flawless makeup application! I would buy this again and recommend this to my friends!

I always used my fingers to apply foundation so this discovery made me really happy!! It helped me put a uniform layer of foundation on my face! I will never stop using it! The handle made the grip easyier!

I was excited to try the Maybelline New York Dream Blender,as I almost always just use my fingers to apply foundation. I like the feel of it,and how easy it makes the foundation to apply. It left no streaks and blended in the foundation on my face perfectly. I like it quite well and would recommend it to anyone to try.
I would probably purchase it again.

The Maybelline New York Dream Blender works great with the Dream Velvet Foundation. Just a dab will do to cover up a good portion of your face. The Blender evenly spreads the foundation over your pores, and the tipped edge works great for corners that the normal flat pad of other foundations always miss - it's easy to get the creases by your eyes and nose. Overall a great blending product!

Good makeup blender. I love that it comes with a handle as that makes it more hygenic. Good product for the price. Very soft on the face. Easy to clean, just remember to dry it on its side.

According to it's packaging, it's refreshing gel-whipped foundation ideal for normal to combination skin that purports to do the following:
- leave complexion perfected and smooth
- with medium coverage
- a velvet, soft-matte finish
- while skin stays hydrated up to 12 hours

How to use:

Per the instructions --which I normally discard but read for the purpose of this review-- you should dab a small amount of foundation onto the dream blender. Alternately, place the foundation on the back of the hand and then apply to the blender for added precision.

Maybelline Pro tip: Before use, wet and towel dry the blender for lighter coverage.

The Dream Blender was a nice accessory tool. It was excellent for applying the Dream Velvet Foundation precisely near the the eye; however, I found it absorbed a lot of the product instead of blending it into my skin. This was likely due to the fact it was brand new (I imagine the sponge would work better with time as once it was more saturated).

I got the blender from ChickAdvisor to do a review for it. I found that it was very soft. I usually just use my fingers to put on my foundation, but I definitely prefer this blender. It saved my fingers from getting foundation on them, it didn't leave the fingerprint streaks on my skin, and it felt much better on my face. It did what it claimed to do, and didn't leave any streaks or unblended areas. I would purchase for myself, as long as the price isn't too high.

As much as I like the look of the blender I found it just felt weird in my hand to use. I didn't find the results any more improved over my regular spade shaped makeup sponges I use. The tip about making it damp for a lighter coverage seems like a good idea but I wasn't real happy with the results and felt the coverage suffered. Even trying it a few times didn't convince me it's worth it to buy. It's cheap enough to buy a bag of sponges when I need them and I find them easier to use and takes up less space in my makeup bag. Overall I wouldn't recommend nor would I purchase.

What a great tool ! He is so gentle on the skin that looks like a caress ! It applies the foundation on the skin perfectly ! I also found it easy to use. And it is washable !

I love the Maybelline Dream Blender foundation sponge I received from Chickadvisor. I've always used my fingertips to apply foundation but the sponge gives my face a flawless finish. I followed the instructions and wet the sponge and towel dried it before apply Maybelline Dream Velvet foundation My skin was so smooth and the coverage was sheer, light and even. My large pores seemed to disappear The shape of the applicator made it easy to smooth the eye area. I highly reccommend this product.
