If you don't have homemade then this is the next best thing....good to have one in the freezer for unexpected company, or just a lazy day when you don't feel like baking.

Good tasty treat every once in a while. It has its own unique taste and is a guilty pressure a couple times a year. Icing is more of a marshmallow rather than traditional cream icing, but still good.

When I'm craving chocolate I love to come to this cake for my fix! It gives you the guilty pleasure of having cake but because it's not huge you don't feel too guilty when you have it!

I am not so much a fan of freezer cakes but this one does "take the cake". A bit on the sweet side for me but my family is always happy to see it appear on the table for dessert.

I recently had a Deep n Delicious cake for the first time, in, oh, I don't know, 25 years!? It was JUST like I remembered and made me feel so nostalgic! I also love to eat it cold and there's something about the frosting that is like no other cake. It was such a treat when we were kids since my mom didn't bake at all, and I still loved it as much as I did then. So good!

Makes me think of my childhood, all the fun and exciting picnics we went on, this was the highlight of the picnic, when the McCain cake came out. The cake was also a highlight when we got fried chicken as it was a special price through the restaurant, made the chicken taste even better knowing that the incredible cake was waiting at the end of dinner.
