I actually bought these Melitta 10-12 Cup Basket Coffee Filters because I was tired of using Dollar Store filters. . My Mom always buys them for me from the Dollar Store and says " Oh goodness, these are just as good as the name brand!"" even though she doesn't even drink coffee, so I thought that was pretty funny.

These Melitta Filters are perfectly shaped, they hold their shape, and the come apart easily and stand strong. They don't flop over in the coffee machine and get coffee grounds in my fresh pot of coffee; they don't cause floods from the filter getting clogged either. They also stay together when you go to take the used, wet filter full of grounds out of your machine to take to the compost. The Melitta Filters also are all consistent in size, form, thickness and height. The Dollar Store Filters may work, but it is never a total guarantee that they won't rip, flop, tear, break, or flood your coffee machine.

I love these coffee filters by Melitta, and also love they they make filters for every kind of machine out there, and they sell the non-bleached, and recycled brown filters as well. Thanks Melitta for a perfect cup of coffee !!
