best for a teacher

I am a teacher who has long standing hours and this one is such a great rescue on super busy days and specially during leg days. This gives instant relief.

Such a useful product!

I’ve been using Deep Relief Ice Gel Advanced after long days and workouts, and it honestly gives such a nice cooling sensation right away. It absorbs quickly, doesn’t feel greasy, and helps soothe tired, overworked muscles. I also like that the cooling effect lasts longer than a lot of other gels I’ve tried. Incredibly effective!

I have chronic, neck, shoulder and upper back pain, as well as plantar fasciitis. Stretching and massage provide temporary relief, but sometimes I need something that will quickly relieve my symptoms so I can get back to work or fitness. I am so impressed with this cooling gel. It takes about 30 seconds for the cooling sensation to begin, and about five minutes for the gel to fully absorb. Immediately, my muscles feel more relaxed and I am more comfortable for the next couple of hours. I am so pleased with this product. The only downside is that it has quite a strong methol smell, but it’s not a dealbreaker to me.

Excellent instant paint relief

Easy to apply and smells better than most pain reliefs I’ve tried in the past. This was used for lower back pain. I found that the cool gel really helped and relieved pain within 30 minutes.

I really liked that the Deep Relief Advanced Ice Gel absorbed and didn't leave any grease or shine on the skin. It provides instant cooling to help muscle and joint pain. It uses cooling 5% menthol. It is easy to apply and I like to gentle massage it into the skin. I found it provided long lasting relief and it was fast acting.

Soothing Gel

I enjoy the consistency of this product it is lightweight and it doesn’t feel greasy. It is milder compared to the spray which is great if you want a long lasting milder cooling sensation with menthol. The feeling is soothing for any soreness.
