I am a teacher who has long standing hours and this one is such a great rescue on super busy days and specially during leg days. This gives instant relief.

Love this product!

I tried Deep Relief Ice Spray Advanced recently and was actually impressed by how quickly it works. The spray gives an instant cooling sensation that feels super refreshing on sore muscles and areas that feel overworked. I like that it’s easy to apply without having to rub anything in, especially after workouts or long days on my feet. The menthol is definitely strong, but in a good way, it feels like targeted cold therapy and helps calm aches pretty fast. Really convenient to keep around for everyday muscle tension and minor pains!

Effective

I found this spray really practical to use. The feeling it gives, both for chronic pain and sudden pain, is quite interesting. It provides almost instant relief. We were honestly surprised when we tried it, we loved how quickly it worked. I’ve been really happy with it in my daily use as well. I would definitely recommend it.

Pretty good for temporary relief

I prefer the cooling gel over this product. While it is effective at making my muscles feel more relaxed and the cooling sensation is pleasant, the smell is overwhelming and the spray is very strong and gets everywhere. I can only use it outside. I much prefer the application of the gel over the spray.

Super cooling and works great!

My husband is quite athletic and because of that his knee can be quite sore after practice. He has been using this spray and he loves the cooling effect it has and he says it works great. We both find that it smells amazing.

I just love that despite it being a spray, the effect is felt intensely internally. No mess, it has a very effective cooling feeling when applied, reaching the pain spot and relieving it

I like the spray better than the gel

I received this for free for my review. I actually tried the spray before the gel, and I liked it better.
It was really easy to use since I didn’t have to rub anything in, and I didn’t end up with that peppermint smell on my hands — which isn’t a bad thing at all, I just have odd sensory issues with scents I can’t easily wash off. I wash my hands until the scent is gone - which doesn’t always work.
The cooling hit right away and felt pretty strong. I feel like it may have worked a little better for me than the gel, but I’m not totally sure why that would be. It was just more convenient and felt more direct, especially for getting quick relief on the sore spot.
Overall, I’d reach for the spray first.

Fast relief for muscle pain

I used this spray for my back pain. I found that it worked much faster than other pain reliefs I’ve tried. What I liked about it is that it did not smell as strong as other products. Highly recommend if you need something for fast muscle or joint pain.

It works great for muscle and joint pain. It uses cooling 12% menthol. Just with any spray, try not to inhale it after spraying. It is fast acting, long lasting and can spray from any angle.

Effective Spray, Great Quality

I am a fan of this spray. It’s really impressive how it sprays in any direction - helpful for hard to reach places. I heard this was true but it really is. It is feels a bit stronger than the gel which is great if you have deep aches or pains. It is a comfortable strength that lasts for hours.
