I've used them mostly for quick dinners with shrimp and veggies, and they've been a hit with my kids. They soak up flavor nicely without feeling heavy, and I love that they feel like a better-for-you swap compared to regular noodles.

Just sharing my fam's honest take on The Millet Family's air-dried millet noodles. We jazzed it up with cauliflower, spinach, oregano, and Parmesan cheese for a quick, nutrient-packed dinner .The girls Ioved it! (and let's be real, I did too )
High in protein and fiber, and they taste just like regular pasta we didn't even notice a difference As busy parents, we're always looking for food that's quick to prepare and healthy alternatives without sacrificing flavor. Best meal for busy nights

Perfect meal for those busy nights of extracurricular activities as it quickly and easy to make. I love how it’s so versatile as you as the cook decide what protein, vegetables and flavours you want to add based on your liking. We have tried shrimp and chicken option with a variety of vegetables. The kids love how they can add their own toppings and also assist with the cooking. Clean and healthy ingredients make this a no-brainer meal option. Only suggestion would be to potentially have the option of a sauce or spice mixture to add if desired!

Great noodles, very versatile

Really enjoyed using these air dried millet noodles in my cooking this week. They are a healthier option with a boost of protein and fibre, and are made with wholesome ingredients. I used them in a homemade chicken noodle soup and they really took on the flavor of the broth. They are slightly more textured than regular noodles but I enjoyed them nonetheless. They were easy to prepare and I feel like they would do well as a pasta meal or a cold noodle salad too.

Light and chewy

Love the millet based products because it doesn't contain the carbs that wheat boodles does. Very good for either soupy noodles or stirfy. I used it to make ramen
