I love, love, love this product! Especially the strawberry watermelon flavor.

Better than crystals, and comes in a convenient and durable container. It's also small (can fit in your purse) and very easy to use.

I like that you can use one squirt or several, depending on your tastes.

I keep one at home and one in my go bag.

The price was a little much for me and I had to put quite a bit in before it tasted like anything. All in all, it was my favorite and would rate it average.

This stuff tastes great! It's a bit expensive, though. It works so well as a sport drink, and is easy to carry around to add to water.

Love the taste of Mio sport and it's convenient to carrying to the gym. I feel like I am doing myself a good thing drinking Mio sport.

I found that I needed to add a bit more than suggested or it tasted just like water, once I figured it out though it was a great way to help increase my water intake. I tried the Blue one.... Will try another one the next time.

I purchased a bottle of MiO Sport with electrolytes for my desk at work. With access to a water cooler and not wanting to purchase expensive drinks while at work I thought it'd be a perfect match... and it was!!

Mio Sport has added electrolites to help with dehydration, comes in a tiny package, offers 18 portions for just a few dollars.

Worth it for sure! Much cheaper than gatorade, and much easier to carry than a case of beverages. :)

A little or a lot - it's all good and those electrolytes don't hurt either.
