80% Fat, 50% water

Made by Schneiders. Inferior product. Not worth the $$$$. Supposed to be premium bacon instead is bargain basement. Schneider's own brand is way better quality and value.

I don't buy bacon too much, but when I do, I buy this. I love the taste and there is virtually no fat and I love it for a toasted bacon and tomato sandwich.
