Nice Little RC Monster Truck

This RC Monster truck is a nice one. It's a good size. It is hold its own with both a 8 years and 3 year old playing and crashing it. The 8 year old mastered the
steering and the 3 does his best.

Remote Control Monster Truck

This is such a cool (pun intended) edition of Monster Jam's Megalodon monster truck. We tried it outside in the snow, and indoors. The snow does slow the truck down, so we got more speed from it inside or on cleared sidewalks. Really simple controls and not too fast, so it is perfect for RC beginners.

Intuitive, no frills fun

Neither remote nor car come with batteries (5xAAA total) so the first task is getting batteries in. Once powered, both run pretty smoothly. The remote just has accelerate/reverse and left/right control joysticks so there is no guessing what does what. The car itself is a bit loud so it may startle little or more sensitive kids. The car is made of a smooth plastic with sticker designs. I removed one star because this could mean the design can be scraped or peeled off, and in addition to that, the shape of the fins can be pretty pointy so not the most safe toy. The tires are thick and rubbery with deep treads to make driving over all floor types both possible and less noisy. Although there are a couple of slight downfalls in my opinion, the car is still lots of fun and easy to use.
