My upper back muscles were sore after washing walls. I took the Motrin I received and was able to enjoy the rest of my day comfortably. I recommend for muscle pain way better than voltarin.

This product is a bit expensive but definitely worth it! My husband suffers from a lot of joint and muscle pain from his labour job (and possible arthritis) and he used this on the weekend and said it helped him sleep! It is half ibuprofen, and half a muscle relaxant!
