Just started taking these. Great alternative to taking a capsule, which is difficult for me. Good flavour and hopefully it will help me in the future although it is too early to tell.

Stronger nails

I have to agree with the group, this is an effective product. Been using it for 2 years now,ever since getting a friend bottle at the women's show. Love that they're a gummy and not something I have to swallow

Easy to take

I really liked this vitamins. They are very easy to take and help me with the desire for sweets. I wish the hummus have more vitamin. The concentration is very low compared with the caps.

Not a Bad Taste

I have been trying to find a way to improve hair growth and nails before I got pregnant. This product worked great. I did notice a difference in my nails growing faster and feeling a lot stronger.

I don't know

I have been taking this everyday for 2 months. My nails don't seem to be growing longer than normal. I have thin hair and didn't notice any difference. I have been breaking out but that can be hormonal. Maybe I have to keep taking this for a longer amount of time to see result. There could be slight changes but it's not noticeable. To me they taste a bit chemically? But my sister thought it tasted really good.

Honestly, I didn’t take this product long enough to really know if they are effective but they taste so good I usually end up eating more that recommended... oops

Yummy Gummies

I saw these at Costco a few months ago and decided to try them out myself. After a while of taking these biotin gummies, I did notice that my hair grew longer and that my nails felt stronger too, unlike before! However, these gummies made my skin feel more hydrated and softer to the touch! A plus side was the taste, since these tasted really good; just like gummy candies, and it made it more enjoyable taking these each day. Way more affordable then other biotin gummies out there.

Gummies! Who doesn’t love gummies, perfect way to have a vitamin ! And who doesn’t want nice hair skin and nails, I take these everyday and I can say that my skin and hair are very healthy but my nails are just so weak :((

Délicieux mais plus ou moins efficaces

Les vitamines goûtent très bon, cest presque un bonbon pour moi. Toutefois, je viens de terminer mon pot (quelques mois donc) et je ne peux pas dire que jai remarquer quelconque différence dans mes cheveux. Mais ongles sont plus en santé, mais en même temps, j'en ai prit soin davantage alors je ne suis pas en mesure de faire un lien direct avec les.vitamines. Somme toute, elle ne peuvent pas faire de tord et comme je l'ai mentionné, elles sont délicieuses

Stronger nails

I had really brittle nails and a friend recommended I give this a try. It really does work and the gummies taste great. I have noticed that my nails are a lot stronger and my hair doesn't seem to be falling out as much. I highly recommend this product if you are experiencing any issues with your nails or hair. It does work.
