I have been taking the capsules for a few years but I'm loving the gummies now. I have thin hair and I've been noticing growth at my hairline. Nails are on point too.

I was a bit hesitant in trying this when I first purchased it. However, after trying it a bottle I have since purchased 4 large containers of it! My hair is so much thicker, soft and shiny, my nails and harder and have grown longer faster, and my skin has a soft glow to it; AMAZING product. They also taste so yummy! Many of my customers were purchasing these, so I'd figure I'd give it a whirl. I don't have a problem with hair growth, however, from years of biting my nails they were very frail and break easily.

I noticed about a few weeks in the consistency of my nails was changing. They seemed stronger in texture, and didn't break as easily.

I been talking these gummies for like 2 months now not everyday and I noticed my hair did get longer but not crazy longer but it's noticeable. I can say it grew a literally a inch longer out of them two months and my nails just won't stop growing back quickly it's kind of irritating because I don't like long nails, so I'm constantly biting my nails. My skin I really don't notice a change in my skin , I have clear skin already so I really wouldn't know if it's working for the skin or not. I do recommend these rather then regular biotin pills because I feel like these work better or maybe I just wasn't drinking enough water with the other booting but either way they both work.

My hair is quite damaged after years of processing, dying, and heat-treating without much TLC to balance it out. It grow very slowly, my scalp easily becomes excessively oily, and my ends are always split. My hair breaks easily, and tangles quickly.

I have cystic and regular acne that is chronically occurring. Truthfully, I have had dryer skin in recent months, but I cannot accredit this to Nature's Bounty vitamins in any evident way.
