What's good about this one (other than it's gluten free) is that it's actually a mix of different kinds of cereals. It has the puffed rice crispies, the crunchy flakes, and the round corn pops. I really like that b/c I love variety and it gives different flavours and textures. The maple flavour is really nice, but I only taste it at the beginning of the bowl. The crunchy cereal does stay crunchy the whole time too. And the maple flavour is nice when eating it dry just as a small snack. The downsides would be a bit higher of a price for being organic, and that it is calorie dense.
