One of the best

It's not high coverage but it sets amazingly! I use primer, the Neutrogena powder and setting spray. But it applied well and feels great without a ton of transfer or wear in the areas that have been touched! It's super hydrating with out being greasy or melting off my oily face.

Great Coverage!

This product is a "hydrating tint," but I find that it really does provide a ton of coverage. It is Hydro Boost so it also provides a great level of moisturization - I have normal/combination skin and it works fine. I love this product!

I am always on the lookout for a good light weight foundation, Neutrogena hydro boost is wonderful. This foundation gives a good medium coverage doesn't settle into pores or fine lines and wrinkles. It has a decent wear time and does not oxidize.
