Not oily! Does the job

This Hydro Boost Micellar Water from Neutrogena worked very well to make off all my makeup! Eye shadow, mascara and foundation. It left my face feeling soft and hydrated rather than some micellar water that leave a oily residue.

I love the Hydro Boost line from Neutrogena and this micellar water is no different. It makes my face feel hydrated and doesn't leave a sticky residue. It's not a subsitute for a cleanser, but it's great for taking off makeup!

Perfect Sensitive Micellar Water

I have tried MANY micellar waters before but this one is definitely the best for my sensitive eyes! I felt like others left a residue on my face and irritated my eyes and this one doesn’t do any of that. It gets rid of all my makeup while making my skin feel thoroughly clean as well.

Definitely works

The micellar water definitely works to remove stubborn makeup. I used this after a night out.I had put on lash glue and waterproof mascara, this product didn’t struggle to get them off. It definitely left my skin nice and hydrated, I didn’t do skin care that night and I still woke up to really supple skin.
