This is a soft lotiony face wash which works to get my stubborn waterproof makeup off without stripping my skin..... Bonus its made with like 94% natural ingredients :)

This is such a great face wash. It smells great and leaves my skin clean and feeling fresh! I love the whole Neutrogena Naturals line. :)

Excellent product for those who are looking to use products that don't have parabens or a lot of other nasty chemicals in their daily skincare routine. It's very light and creamy, and it also removes makeup! Which is a huge bonus, and it has such a wonderful smell.

One reservation is that it contains palm oil. Which is natural, but contributes to the deforestation and extinction of animals. But I'm hoping as the years go on companies will choose a more sustainable approach. The price is a little higher because it's a better quality product, so prepare to pay close to $10 or more for this one. It's very gentle and doesn't get super foamy when applying, once again it's very creamy. However, if you have acne you'll likely have to use something stronger to combat that. This is just a basic, everyday facial cleanser. If you have problem skin you'll have to use additional products. Overall, I recommend this.

being a fan of neutrogena, this product disappoints me to death. i tried using this a while ago, but I noticed it did not remove my make up and it left my skin incredibly dry and caused me to break out. Would not purchase ever again. i feel so bad with this product.

I have tried alot of different cleansers thru out the years and this on is the best , Does not dry your skin and it leaves your skin feling great.

I been using this cleanser for 6 months, my skin is usually dry and flaky but this cleanser is very soft and my skin looks much better, natural products, no heavy perfume smell, like it very much

I bought this face wash thinking natural and wouldn't be harsh on my skin, I was wrong I do have sensitive skin, didn't think much of it , so gave it my husband who does not have sensitive skin at all and infact can just use soap if he chooses, it left his face feeling tight s d dry after 2 uses, was disappointed

Since a young age I have dealt with frequent acne around my chin and nose. I would try different products for a short amount of time, but nothing seemed to work for me. Thankfully I have found Neutrogena Naturals Fresh Cleansing & Makeup Remover. My skin has drastically improved. I very rarely get breakouts, scars from previous acne have faded, and my skin is left feeling extremely soft and fresh.

I freakin' love this product!! i was in the market for a new cleanser as the one i was previously using seemed to break my skin out. With in a week of using this cleanser my skin cleared up and i also noticed that my blackheads seemed to be disapearing.
Not only does this cleanser keep my skin looking clear but it is also insanely awesome at removing every last bit of my make-up . The only thing this doesn't seem to take off is waterproof mascara ( which for me is not a big deal because i dont wear waterproof often) .
To add to its awesome-ness it also smells nice and fresh.
The one and only flaw for me is that if you do accidently get it in your eyes it stings like crazy.
Overall its amazing!!!
