I use it the morning after I put on my moisturizer. The smell and the consistancy are great. It it a bit beige so it does the appearance of dark circles, nothing crazy but it does make a subtle and pretty difference. It also hydrate the eye area a bit. I really like it!

Hey Chicks I bought this at Shoppers Drug Mart to try it was on sale.I'm pleased to say its an effective product. I have always had dark circles around my eyes no matter how much I sleep.This covers/lightens them up.The delicate skin feels soft/nourished too!
