Works great for swatches and cleaning brushes!

This product works great for cleaning my brow brush and getting all of the makeup out of it, or cleaning up swatches or any makeup spillage onto my hands/etc. I find the texture too rough for my sensitive skin, and it broke my out. I always feel that the neutrogena wipes (even the regular blue ones) are too scratchy for anywhere near my eyes though!

not effective

love the idea of using micellar in the wipes however these were not as effective as other makeup removers i have tried. i don't have sensitive skin at all but I found these to irritate my skin a lot and cause my face to feel like it was burning. it got the job done but I wouldn't buy these again.

Strong smelling

It leaves the skin feeling nice but the smell is to strong and over powering. Having something that smelly so close to my eyes and nose made them burn. I would love it if they made a fragrance free option because I did love how it made my skin feel.

Does only half the job

I found the Neutrogena Skin Balancing Micellar Wipes to be quite disappointing. These wipes did an amazing job at removing face makeup, SPF, and even waterproof eyeliner. However, I find the formulation of these wipes to be very irritating, especially when using on the eyes. The idea of using plant-based compostable fibers is very intriguing, but I found this material to be quite harsh when using around the eyes. These wipes leave a nice soft-feeling complexion, but they left my eyes and lips feeling tingly and irritated. I find that this prompts me to have to use another cleanser in order to remove eye makeup, thus making these wipes an unnecessary addition to my skincare routine.

A lot of waste and harsh for skin

I'm not a fan of cleaning wipes. I can only use them when I want a lazy skincare routine or when I'm in the gym. The reason why it's because they create a lot of waste and they are harsh to my skin especially when I try to remove eye makeup. As for these wipes, they smell pretty good and don't give me bad irritation. But the fact that I need to rub my eyes to remove makeup residues makes my under-eye skin more sensitive and I can feel light burning after applying other products of my skincare routine.

Not the best

I love that the company is moving towards more sustainable and environmentally friendly options but these wipes were not the best. My skin was left with some redness and irritation which improved after rinsing the residual product from my skin but the package says you don’t have to rinse afterwards. I also felt there was a bit of a slimy consistency left on my skin

Nothing Special.

It took me 2 wipes to remove my light face and eyes makeup. The eye makeup (I.e., mascara) was especially hard to wipe off with these wipes. I had to resort to using an oil to properly remove my makeup. The only good thing is that my sensitive skin didn’t get any negative reactions to these wipes.

Just okay

Highly fragranced which is not good for the skin, especially around the eye area. Leaves the skin feeling a little irritated and not actually clean. Better to get something without fragrance

Smells AMAZING!!

I am a busy mom of four and at times I do find myself using my daughters wipes for a refresh or to remove makeup! Lol
These smell amazing however I found they left my skin feeling a little greasy and my hands. Great if you need added moisture
