Gentle cleansing delight

I’ve had the opportunity to test out Neutrogena’s Ultra Gentle Daily Cleanser for about a week, thanks to Butterly and Neutrogena for providing me with this product for review purposes. With dry skin being a concern, this cleanser has become an integral part of my skincare routine, used once per day before bed.

Pros:

• Gentle Yet Effective: This cleanser lives up to its name by providing a thorough cleanse without stripping the skin of its natural oils. It effectively removes dirt, oil, and makeup without causing any irritation or dryness.
• Hydrating Formula: Formulated with a blend of moisturizing ingredients, this cleanser leaves my skin feeling hydrated and refreshed after each use, making it ideal for those with dry skin concerns.
• Non-Comedogenic: I appreciate that this cleanser is non-comedogenic, meaning it doesn’t clog pores, which is crucial for preventing breakouts and maintaining clear skin.

Cons:

• Limited Makeup Removal: While it does a decent job of removing everyday makeup, including light foundation and mascara, it may struggle with heavy or waterproof makeup, requiring additional cleansing steps.
• Scented Formula: Although the scent is pleasant and not overpowering, some individuals with sensitive skin or fragrance allergies may prefer an unscented option.
• Packaging Design: The flip-top cap design can sometimes dispense more product than necessary, leading to potential product wastage over time.

Overall, Neutrogena’s Ultra Gentle Daily Cleanser has exceeded my expectations, providing gentle yet effective cleansing for my dry skin. It’s become a staple in my skincare routine, and I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a mild cleanser that gets the job done without causing any irritation or dryness.

Does it's job!

I love how this cleanser goes on transparent and then foams up on my skin making it feel super clean! Plus there’s no scent and only a small amount is needed. This cleanser didn't irritate my skin and was super gentle!

Daily face wash !

I really enjoyed using this face wash. It was gentle on my sensitive skin and made my skin feel healthy and clean ! I would definitely recommend this product to my sensitive skin friends as it didn't make my face feel dry or tight !

Initially skeptical of Neutrogena due to past breakouts, I was pleasantly surprised by the Ultra Gentle Daily Foaming Cleanser. Its gentle formula effectively cleanses without causing irritation or breakouts, making it suitable for sensitive skin like mine. I appreciate its odourless nature and the satisfying lather it produces, leaving my skin feeling refreshed and thoroughly cleansed. This product has won me over with its purpose of gently removing dirt, oil and makeup without even over-drying. Not to mention it is hypoallergenic, paraben-free, dye-free and it does not clog pores. Also, I noticed that it gives a soft and supple texture on my face especially after using with Neutrogena’s daily moisturizer. So I would definitely use up this bottle to see if I still have late skin irritations or breakouts.

no more oily face!!

sometimes, daily cleansers seem to make my face oily after use. lucky for me i had been sent Neutrogena’s Ultra Gentle Daily Cleanser, pairing this with the daily moisturizer, my face has never looked healthier and most important to me didn't make me feel oily!

Great for combo skin & rosacea

I really liked this face wash and found it really comparable to the teal cerave combo face wash. I would say while the cerave wash feels more heavy on your skin this one feels very light but also hydrating. Sometimes I find face washes very stripping on the dryer parts of my face, but this one made my combo skin feel very clean but without that tight feeling. More light and hydrating.

I don't love the smell of it but honestly it works way better than most of the high end face washes I've tried and is perfect for my skin without fairing up my rosacea so I would recommend still!

Very nice!

I really enjoy that there is no strong scent to this cleanser. It also has a nice application and removes makeup quite well. For someone with sensitive skin this product did not make my face react. Would recommend!

Great daily cleanser.

I recommend this daily facial cleanser. It's gentle on my sensitive skin and doesn't dry out my skin. I love the foaming consistency. It makes my skin feel fresh every morning.

effective cleanser

I received a free product for sampling. The cleanser is a transparent gel, just need a small dollop each time. It lathers well but isn't too foamy. There is a slight scent but it's not unpleasant. This product worked well for my combination skin. After using, my face felt clean. I don't have very sensitive skin, and didn't have an allergic reaction to the product. I didn't have makeup on, but seems this would be effective for removing it, and I would use it more for that purpose than as a daily use product.
