I love this!

I absolutely adore my 3DS- the big screen really makes a difference when playing games and it's also very intuitive. Sometimes playing with the 3D on too long can make my eyes go a little funny, but I really like the experience of playing with this console.

Great travel console

Bought each of my 3 kids one for long car rides. Works so well at keeping them quiet and from fighting that I decided to purchase one for all my nephews and niece, since it's not a bad price. The younger kids I got the newer 2DS (since 3D isnt recommended for young kids) which still plays the new nintendo 3ds games.

Great little portable device for kids

Nice little portable device for kids. Little ones love Nintendo games. Luigi's Mansion is probably our favourite. I've played it too. Very addicting.

Handheld gaming made easy.

I travel a lot, and this makes the travel time so much more enjoyable. It is super durable, clean and easy use controls and the 3DS is the best I have ever used. I now love to spend down time with music and whichever game strikes my fancy. I recommend the Harvest Moon Series and Monster Hunter Series, also Rune Factory, and of course Pokemon.

A notable improvement from my original 3DS. The bigger screen makes gameplay more fun, really. The new contributions from Nintendo to their Mii Plaza games have been great.

Pro tip: buy a 32gig card to replace the one already included in the system so you don't run out of space.

I live this version it's great because of the screen size and all the games you can play on it
And you won't lose this one excuse of the size yes it expensive but worth every penny.

I love the DS systems and while i like the size and feel of this one, i cant say Im a fan of the 3D component. I usually turn it off and play the games.

As a long time gamer I am always looking for a new system to buy. After hearing good things about the 3ds I decided to get one. I opted for the XL because I enjoy a bigger screen for my handhelds. It's nice and lots of games to choose from. My go to games so far are Monster Hunter and Animal Crossing: New leaf.

Overall, if you want a nice, simple handheld then I recommend it.

Worth every penny. So easy to use, light weight, portable, tons of games to choose from. My daughter like bed hers(and so do I)! Great for learning Ng drives and plane rides.

My Grand Daughter had a Nitendo 3DS XL but lost it when she recently moved into a new house. She was born premature and her sight was impaired as a result of the intensive care she received over the course of her stay in the hospital. She is eight years old now and her favorite way to play games has always been on the Nitendo 3DS XL because she can see the graphics so much better then on a regular Nitendo DS. Looks like Gram is going out to buy another one for a special girls Birthday that is coming up. Thanks Nitendo not only have you made her happy but your products are great too.
