I had to use it 2x to remove my makeup completely then it feels sticky afterwards and when i use it i had to be really rough or it wont take my makeup completely off so i still wash my face for certainty.

Wouldn't be my 1st choice

I received some samples from a local women's show, tried it one night and wasn't overly impressed. I usually do a two step cleansing process, either I will use a scrub or an oil cleanser and then I will use my face wash to ensure I get all my make-up off. Once night I didn't feel like doing either of these so I figured I would try this instead. If you do a two step process like I do, then it's alright but just buy itself as a cleanser I wouldn't recommend it. It doesn't take all of your make-up off, leaves some residue however if you do a two step process like I do, its not bad as a quick alternative.

Not all-in-one

Have always been a fan of Nivea products but this product was a let down. The lotion is extremely light ,bordering watery , and does not take off make up as well as other cleansing lotion on the market. The only positive thing I can say is it smells nice

Unfortunately, just not my cup of tea. I received a sample through Nivea. I do almost a full face of make up every day (with foundation, mascara, etc) and this product just isn't strong enough to remove it unless I use a lot and take my time rubbinng it into my face. It does an okay job with removing foundation (but there's a bit of residue left which my toner picked up. It takes forever to remove the mascara ... but it does work. Also not a fan of the texture. Feels a little weird to be putting on a cream product over my make up ...

I am not sure about this product. I have an combination oily skin and the first and second time I used this product, I broke out pretty bad on my forehead and nose area. I stopped using it right away.
the cream felt so light and silky though. I just don't think it cleansed my face that well.

Receive this product as a sample with a coupon, I love the scent, but I really don't like it make my skin grease and feel like a sticky sensation. maybe is will good to use as a make-up remover.

I got this as a sample from Nivea. For others, it probably works. I however, absolutely hate this. It just makes my face greasier (I already have a combination skin type, with oily on the t zone) and it does not clean properly. I don't like the scent much either.

works well with removing makeup and it is gentle on the skin which is great for the sensitive skin people out there. Its not overly scented and doesn't sting my eyes

When I received the free Cleansing Lotion I was dubious. No rinsing needed? It feels weird, is it effective?

I'm glad to say that it works and is very gentle to my problematic skin. I used it without water, with water, scrubbing, gentle smoothing - and I have to admit that it did what it needed to do. I could go to bed with reassurance that my skin was clean and moisturized.

Very pleasantly scented (I know the Nivea scent and like it).

Nivea Creme Care all-in-one facial cleansing lotion is a nice product, but just that. I didn't love it, but did use it for an entire week. It was definitetly a lotion and not a soap, so I did not have a feeling of clean. It felt a little thin and runny in my ski
