My family buy these at Costco since we can't find them anywhere else. They're so good! They're like biscotti's (aren't they biscotti's??) that's sliced thinly to it's easier to eat. They contain almonds and cranberries and you can eat them alone or with coffee. They have the right amount of sweetness (they aren't that sweet) and are flavourful.
