Easy to take and actually works

I’ve been taking these B-12 vitamins from NOW for a few weeks now, and I can honestly say I feel a noticeable difference.
The taste is pretty decent. It’s kind of fruity, slightly sweet, but not chalky like a lot of chewable vitamins I’ve had before. They don’t leave that weird aftertaste either, which is a bonus.

I like that it's made in Canada too—it feels good knowing I’m supporting a brand that manufactures here and puts effort into quality.

Energy-wise, I didn’t feel a jolt or anything dramatic, but I feel a little more “on” throughout the day—like my brain isn’t dragging by 3 PM. I take one after breakfast, and that seems to be the sweet spot for me.

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. The first thing that happened is I made sure I can proceed with the B12 vitamin because he knows my health history. After I was cleared I was all good to go! The energy creeps up on you, you don’t even notice until 20 minutes later your body gets this jolt of energy. I work long hours so I’m usually too tired to do my chores or an activity. This helped me feel alert and I like the fact that it’s a jolt of energy without caffeine.
