Not fishy fish oil capsules
Not something that I would usually purchase but was pleased that there was no odd taste. I didn’t notice the effects however this is not something I would usually take on a regular basis.
Get your vitamins
We do not get enough vitamins and supplements through food which is why this product comes in handy. Taking my omega 3 supplements has helped a lot and would recommend this product

easy to take
this supplement works well and is easy to take. i like that this is a canadian made product. the price is reasonable as well. high dose of omega 3 in one pill./
Loved the capsules for brain development
I love this capsules, me and my husband boyh started consuming it, it has various benefits for brain and other healthy benefits for the body, i use to consume one daily, and felt it is enough for my body.
Not for me
The quality of the supplement seems good, and the softgels are easy enough to take, but personally I haven’t noticed any significant changes or benefits since starting them. I know omega-3 supplements can take time and may work differently for everyone, but so far I haven’t seen improvements in things like inflammation, pain, or overall wellbeing. Not a bad product, just not one I’ve personally noticed results from yet.
Canadian Omega-3 Supplement That Isn't Fishy
So this ultra Omega-3 supplement is supposed to be a high potency distilled fish oil supplement, providing superior heart and brain support without the fishy burps or digestive discomfort. The first test was smelling it -- upon opening the bottle, the fish smell was something I had to... *cough* "fish around" for. It was not evident at all, compared to another bottle of fish supplements from another brand. I drank two capsules, which is the recommended adult dose, and after two weeks of on-and-off taking it, I can't recall having had a fishy "backflow" up the esophagus, or any poisson-scented burps. Highly recommend, and I appreciate that it's Canadian, and I'm doing something for my health. ♥
First Omega I've been able to take
I have always tried and failed with Omega-3 pills because they are massive and make me gag! These have been my first successful product! I also really appreciate thar it doesn’t have a fishy aftertaste and hasn't caused any stomach discomfort. It says safe for children too so I am hopeful that I can incorporate the benefits of heart health, brain development etc for my kiddos too now that i have had the chance to use it myself.
Great health supplement
This supplement is easy to take daily. It doesn’t leave a fishy after taste and feels gentle on my
stomach. The capsules are kind of big but it’s easy to swallow. I like knowing I’m getting good omega 3 support for my overall health
No fishy after taste
These omega 3 softgels are great. Easy to add to your day to day routine and the best part is that there is no fishy after taste. I take them after dinner and they don’t bloat you like some of their other brands of mega 3 softgels. I recommend giving these a try if you are thinking about adding more omega 3 to your diet.
