Honestly, for 4-5$ its really good. Its very black let me tell you ! The only thing i kind of dislike is the brush. It's not thin and pointy enough :\ which will create a bigger line. And the formula is not super long lasting either, I mean it will last 5-6 hours, but definitely not form 8 am to 3 am the next day. But overall, it's a good liquide very black eyeliner :)

Most of the times I wear a cream eyeliner with a liquid eyeliner on top in order to impact the color. This eyeliner glides on very smooth and works great for that purpose. I usually purchase this either online or through one of the drugstores here. I have also got this at ulta and would definitely recommend.

The NYC (New York Color) liquid eyeliner in the shade black, has got to be the best drugstore eyeliner that ever existed. This liquid eyeliner is one of the blackest eyeliners in the market. It provides you with a precision brush applicator, so that your eyeliner can be shaped the way you prefer. The brush is very soft and flexible, which makes application super easy. The formula of the eyeliner is also nice, aside from the eyeliner being very dark, it dries quickly and finishes with a matte finish. The only downfall to this liner is that the applicator is sort of long, however, the more you use the product, you will get used to the length of the brush and practice will make perfect. The best part about this eyeliner is the price, it is only $2-3 dollars depending on where you live. Although, this liner is a drugstore eyeliner, I would classify it as high end in terms of quality. I find this liner very similar to the Sephora liquid eyeliner, however it is only a fraction of the price. This liner can be found at Walmart and certain locations of Shoppers Drug Mart. This should be in everyone's makeup collection, as the price is beyond reasonable, the quality is to die for and it gives you the best results in achieving that ideal cat eye or any other look you are going for! I wear eyeliner everyday and I've tried others but for the price and for the quality this one can't be beat. Yes I do understand that liquid eyeliner is a tricky mistress and not everyone can do it but with practice this gives the cleanest line that last all day. I seriously love this so much I would marry it. The only downside is that the brush starts to get all frayed after a while. But its so cheap it can easily be replaced.

I love, love , love this liquid eyeliner! As someone who uses eyeliner every day, this is my go to product. I've tried many liquid eyeliners and I prefer the brush applicator to the 'pen' style. I feel like I have better control with this style. I would recommend it!

Comparable to, and even better than some high end liquid liners. This liner dries matte and stays put all day. For the price, its a steal! This liner has a thin brush and gives you very precise line. Plus it lasts forever! One bottle usually lasts me like 4 or 5 months! Sometimes when I open a brand new bottle, I find one stray brush hair sticking out and I just take a tweezer and pull it out.

This is honestly an amazing liquid liner. The brush is precise so you can do a nice wing, and it dries and stays put. I will say though that if you get it in your eyeball it feels like hell and your eyeballs are on fire.
